Not fitness, medical or health advice
FitWorks does not give fitness, nutrition, medical or health advice, and does not supervise anyone's training. Any classes, programs or coaching are provided by the gym, not by FitWorks. Members should talk to a doctor before starting an exercise program.
Not responsible for what happens at your gym
FitWorks does not own, run or inspect any gym or studio. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or the conduct of any gym, coach, staff member or member, at a gym or anywhere else.
Waivers are not legal advice
FitWorks provides a way to collect digitally signed waivers. We do not write your waiver, give legal advice, or promise that a waiver will be enforceable or will protect you. Have your waiver reviewed by a lawyer licensed in your state.
Payments
Payments run through each gym's own Stripe account. FitWorks is not a bank, payment processor or money transmitter. We are not responsible for Stripe's decisions, outages, holds or fees, or for refunds and disputes between a gym and its members.
No guaranteed results
FitWorks may help you save time and keep members, but we do not guarantee any result, such as more members, more revenue or fewer cancellations. Any example, case study or figure we share describes one situation and is not a promise of yours.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep FitWorks running and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may sometimes be unavailable, slow or contain errors. You are responsible for checking important records such as payments, bookings and signed waivers, and for keeping any copies your business is required to keep.
Third-party services and links
FitWorks connects to services we do not control, including Stripe and email providers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or actions.
